Orders & Payments

After Payment 
Once payment has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email together with your order number.

 

I did not receive any order confirmation email. What do I do?
Please email us at hello@avakato.com for us to help with locating your order.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you deliver?
We ship within whole Malaysia. We do not offer delivery services to areas outside of Malaysia.

 

When can I receive my order?
All orders will be shipped in 2-10 working days depending on delivery areas. You can refer to our Shipping page.

 

How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking number may have delayed updates due to transit so if you do not receive your order in 2-10 working days upon receiving your tracking number (based on the table below), do let us know! Otherwise, your order is well on their way.

 

Returns/Exchange & Cancellations

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Yes, You can cancel your order within 24 hours upon placing your order. Please email us at hello@avakato.com, anything past 24 hours will not be eligible for cancellation. 

 

I received the wrong order
This might be a human error on our part so please send pictures to hello@avakato.com and we will process for the right order to be dispatched as soon as possible.

 

I'd like to make a return or exchange my order
You may refer our returns & exchange policy. We happily accept Returns and Exchanges within 14 days from when you've received your order.

 

My item is defective
No worry, we will send the replacement to you. Please send us pictures of the defect to hello@avakato.com.
