We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or try it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from when you've received your order:
1.Returned items must be returned in its original packaging.
2.Returned items must not worn, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
3.For a refund, shipping fees paid are not refundable.
We won't cover shipping fee for returns/exchanges but we will issue exchanges free of charge thereafter.
4.Returns will need to also include any freebies or complimentary items to be eligible for a FULL REFUND. Otherwise, price of the missing item will be deducted from amount refundable.
5.Items sold under clearance sale are NOT EXCHANGEABLE / REFUNDABLE.
**Avakato reserve the rights to reject a refund or exchange if returned item(s) do not comply with the above terms. Exchanges can only be done once.
**Refunds will only be processed once we have received and checked your returned item(s).
Please note that we do not accept refunds for items that have been exchanged.
How long would it take for my refund or exchange to be processed?
1.Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your return & process your refund or exchange from the time we receive them.
2.Refunds may take up 15 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase especially if you've purchased via Online Banking method.
I have received the wrong product/my item received is defective.
In cases where you do receive a defective product or the wrong order, we'd love to make things right! Please send us a clear photo to hello@avakato.com for us to process a replacement to be sent your way.
Note that free gifts are not eligible for an exchange/refund.
