5 Days exceptional condition/criteria for Return, Refund & Exchange
We accept you to return the wrong or defective product to us for exchange of same product strictly within 5 days from the day you received the parcel. We will always choose to replace for a wrong and defective product instead of refunding. However, we will accept to refund for special circumstances. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, No Cash Refund(s) is allowed, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. We reserve the right to choose either replacement or refund for the wrong and defective products to you.
Kindly ensure your product is return to us for exchange with the following checklist:
- Original condition & tags intact
- Original packaging
- Unworn/ unwashed/ unaltered / un-ironed and in the same condition that you received it.

- There is No Return, Refund or Exchange with below restrict exchange condition/ criteria: Unless for a wrong or defective products.
- Exchange for a different product/ color/ size
- Product with any man-made/human-made damage
- Exchange for sales/ promotional-priced product
- Exchange for worn/ washed/ altered/ ironed product
- Not match/ not suitable/ change of mind/ do not like the product
- We will return the exchange product to you around 20 working days.
- Any lateness of informing to return the product for exchange (more than 5 days) will not be entertained and returned product will be returned back to the customers with charge of shipping cost.
- Actual product measurement may vary due to different material quality and measurement method and will not be considered defective.
- All product color may vary subject to studio lighting. Actual product color may appear darker or lighter and will not be considered defective.
- Any missing parcel will not be borne by Avakato due to third party delivery partner. Avakato recommends you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning and obtain a proof of posting.
