We understand that buying online can be tricky without having seen the actual product or try it on. With that in mind, we happily accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from when you've received your order.
Note that below Exchange/ Refund Terms and Conditions only applicable for purchase made within Avakato Official Store (www.avakato.com).
Exchange Terms & Conditions:-
1.Returned item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.
2.Returned item(s) must not be worn, washed or altered, with no visible signs of wear or tear.
3.Shipping fee is not covered for exchange item(s).
4.Item(s) sold under clearance sale are NOT EXCHANGEABLE.
5.Exchanges can only be done for 1 time only.
6.Avakato reserves the right to reject for exchange.
7.Please note that we do not accept refunds for item(s) that have been exchanged.
8.If returned item(s) do not comply with the above terms so Avakato will reject the exchange and return the returned item(s) back to you, however shipping fee will be charged to you.
Refund Terms and Conditions:-
1.Returned item(s) must be returned in its original packaging.

3.For a refund, shipping fees paid are not refundable.
4.Returns will need to also include any freebies or complimentary item(s) to be eligible for a FULL REFUND. Otherwise, the price of the missing item(s) will be deducted from the amount refundable.
5.Item(s) sold under clearance sale are NOT REFUNDABLE.
6.Avakato reserves the right to reject for refund.

8.If returned item(s) do not comply with the above terms so Avakato will reject to refund and return the returned item(s) back to you, however shipping fee will be charged to you.
How long would it take for my refund or exchange to be processed? >>Please allow up to 5 working days for us to assess your returned item(s) & process your exchange / refund from the time we receive them. >>Refunds may take up 15 business days to be credited back into your original mode of purchase especially if you've purchased via Online Banking method.
What can I do when I received the wrong product / defect item received?
>>In cases where you do receive a wrong product / defect item, we'd love to make things right! Please send your order number and a clear photo to hello@avakato.com for us to process a replacement to be sent your way. >>Note that free gifts are not eligible for an exchange/refund.
